Fulcrum, the UK's market leading independent multi-utility infrastructure and services provider, is pleased to announce that it has recently secured a diverse mix of significant utility infrastructure contracts across the UK.
A number of these projects have been secured in London and the South East, reflecting Fulcrum’s growing presence in this market and supports its strategic decision to launch its direct-delivery model across the region in the summer.
Among the new contracts is the installation of new gas infrastructure for the largest mixed-use regeneration scheme in central London.
Outside of London, Fulcrum has also secured a major multi-utility project for a residential, retail and commercial development in the East Midlands for the delivery of more than 6km of new gas, water and electrical infrastructure.
Fulcrum has continued to win new contracts in the UK housing sector for the delivery of multi-utility infrastructure, giving peace of mind to developers, which trust the company’s experience and expertise.
A recent project secured saw the awarding of a new contract from a major housing developer to install new electrical infrastructure to service more than 1,300 properties as part of a significant regeneration scheme in the South East.
A further housing project has recently been secured for the installation of new gas infrastructure at a significant redevelopment scheme in South West London.
More details of these projects will be announced soon.
