Multi-utility connections specialist, Fulcrum, has confirmed it has recommenced the delivery of new and existing projects after a period of essential only activity during the COVID-19 lockdown.
The business has been highly responsive to provide fast-turnaround projects that support the nation’s battle against COVID-19, and in support of the Key Workers, the NHS and its supply chain.
This has included the fast tracking of several utility projects to support housebuilders completing new homes for frontline healthcare and key workers.
Following recent changes in Government advice relating to new construction, the company has implemented a phased remobilisation of its workforce to deliver projects for its customers. Maintaining strict COVID-19 specific health and social distancing guidelines, Fulcrum is continuing to support housebuilders on a number of new and ongoing projects, nationally.
Daren Harris, CEO of Fulcrum, said: “We believe that the most responsible way forward now, is to support our stakeholders and to continue to help connect the nation, by delivering works when our customers need us to. This means we are now implementing a phased remobilisation of our workforce to deliver the utility projects that our customers need us to start or recommence. Our aim is to do everything in our power to support our customers in these challenging times and I want to reassure all our stakeholders that all works will be delivered in line with rigorous policies and principles to keep our colleagues, customers and communities safe at all times.
“We continue to follow Government advice and offer a huge thank you goes to all our people, who are doing an incredible job under unprecedented circumstances. Their commitment and tenacity have been, and continues to be, outstanding. The team and I would like to again thank all our customers and our partners for their incredible resilience and support during these challenging times. We are all in this together.”
