Experienced utilities professional joins Dunamis in newly created customer relationship role

Dunamis, a leading Independent Connection Provider (ICP) specialising in the design and build of High Voltage grid connections and networks, has appointed experienced utilities professional Kelly Buttery in a newly created role, joining from sister company Fulcrum.

Kelly’s appointment as Dunamis’ client relationship manager, reflects the significant rise in demand for the company’s high voltage electrical infrastructure services. She will work closely with both new and existing customers throughout the design and build of its high voltage projects.

As the UK’s energy landscape shifts towards more sustainable solutions, this new role will support Dunamis in building effective long term customer relationships and in winning new opportunities.

Kelly has accumulated over two decades of extensive experience within the utilities sector, most recently as a business development manager, specialising in delivering utility infrastructure solutions for large and complex Industrial and Commercial developments across the UK. This, combined with her passion for customer service excellence, made her the perfect choice for this new role.

Dunamis’ bespoke solutions, which are all designed, delivered and project managed by an in-house team of electricity specialists, are utilised for the construction and energisation of facilities such as large-scale battery storage facilities, and infrastructure for solar farms and onshore wind farms.

I am very proud to be taking on this newly created role at such a pivotal time for Dunamis, as it continues to build its presence in key markets. Developing strong customer relationships is a fundamental part of the delivery of our high voltage infrastructure projects and I am looking forward to bringing my passion for customer service and my experience in the utilities industry, to support new and existing clients.

Kelly Buttery, Client Relationship Manager

The creation of this new position is a reflection of the investment we are making in the business to meet the high demand for our specialist services in rapidly expanding markets. Kelly’s experience and expertise in the utilities sector perfectly places her to take on this role and she is a welcome addition to our team.
